For an external tip, use the payment provider’s transaction support. For a purchase made directly on a retailer’s website, contact that retailer. Back the Booth cannot verify an external tip or manage an unrelated retailer order.

Before launch, the operator must provide a working support channel, privacy-request channel, abuse-reporting process, and response responsibilities. These will appear here once confirmed.
